At Sweet Life Cake Supply, we want to ensure your baking projects are a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened supplies. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, edible items such as sprinkles, food coloring, and fondant cannot be returned.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Mail the package back to our warehouse; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
