Cranberry Flavor Dram

This tiny red berry packs a huge amount flavor. It is thought of mostly around Thanksgiving, but can be used in many different products all year long. Cranberry flavor is not too tart and not too sweet and can be a perfect addition in baking and cooking. It is very versatile in all kinds of sweet and savory dishes.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings.  This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.

Note: When substituting these
flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
